Tomorrow is gonna be a buuuuusy day.

In the morning I’m meeting up for a coffee, revision date with some girls.

In the afternoon I have a 2 hour and 45 minute English exam. URG! However I do feel very prepared for it which is good.

Then in the evening I have my prom! I haven’t actually talked about my prom on here yet, I’m not quite sure why but I’m gonna make a prom post later. Anyway after prom I’m going to stay over a friend’s house so I will update you about prom on Saturday.

Anyway, just gonna be a very full day.

I think I might go for a run tonight

I never got round to updating you about my physiotherapy. She said I can run, but a maximum of twice a week, if that. I have to make sure I stretch thoroughly before and after and that I walk for at least 10 minutes before as a warm up. It also has to be interval training but that shouldn’t be a problem because I’m not exactly a great runner so only intervals work for me.

I’m just really in the mood to run.
