Just curious—what happens if you run with a migraine? Does it get worse? I know for my normal run-of-the-mill headaches, exercise can help! (Usually cycling, though, since it’s less up-and-down.)

Just ordered my new iPod touch and registered for...
My current iPod touch is a second-hand 2nd generation so it doesn’t support a lot of apps etc so I’m splurging some birthday money.

You people are driving me crazy. What is it about a deadline that you don’t understand?! I am not good at being assertive but I have to be with you and yet you still argue with me and ignore me. You’re literally causing me to have a breakdown because I can’t handle all the extra stress you’re giving me.

Urg just way over ate at dinner
Fantastic example of eating through my problems. Then again, I was feeling pretty crummy so wasn’t going to exercise today but now I will to combat my bad eating if possible.

I have Quaker oats so simple porridge in the morning! the sultana, raisin and apple one :) they’re soooo good because they’re so quick, otherwise I’d never have breakfast ha!!
I got the plain ones so I can have them with peanut butter but I’ve had the golden syrup ones before and they were lush. I love that...

I went to the supermarket with my dad today
and I bought some yummy healthy bits. I bought a box of plain oatmeal sachets for the mornings, a loaf of wholemeal bread, some naked bars, two packets of Quorn crispy chicken pieces (I love these things!) and some mini tortilla wraps to eat them in.

Not having a particularly great day
Very stressful. Got a headache and I’m knackered. Eating is under my calories so I could get away with not exercising but I should so as long as I get some school work done I will.

Making progress with my history assignment

Beasted that NTC workout!
I remember when I could barely do 10 minutes of one, let alone finish a full 30 minute one. Today I did a 30 minute one, after doing a 30 minute one yesterday, and rarely had to stop. Plus I’m getting way better at my modified press-ups.

Feeling pretty damn miserable today
All I want to do is curl up, not do work or exercise and eat lots.
But I’m determined to keep working hard at making myself better, so I’m going to do my exercise, eat my healthy dinner then work.
